Overall a good stay here. The room was spacious (including a living room area, kitchen, bathroom area). A free complimentary shuttle was available on request. The free breakfast was delicious as well (especially on Sunday). The only downsides would be that there’s not much around within walking distance (unless you’re willing to walk far in the cold) and the heater made A LOT of noise when it was turning on and when it was on.

Best Western Round Suites
The Good
- free area shuttle! (the two shuttle drivers i had were very nice – one was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and other random facts)
- free freshly baked cookies at 5pm! (raisin cookies not my fav, but the chocolate chip cookies were yum)
- free breakfast! (make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, orange juice, fruit)
The Bad
- the one time i needed the shuttle to be on time it wasn’t. i was down in the lobby ten minutes before the scheduled arrival and i even checked in with the receptionist at the front desk. when it reached the supposed arrival time of the shuttle, it came and went without any signs of the shuttle. i again checked with the receptionist, who radioed the driver, who said that he was running fifteen minutes late. okay. that’s fine. i can wait. fifteen minutes came and went with still no signs of the shuttle. with five minutes left until my appointment time, i asked the receptionist where the shuttle was. she told me that the driver was in traffic and did not know when he would arrive. screaming silently in my head YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT EARLIER WHEN I ASKED YOU or when i was sitting and waiting right in front of you, i instead had to speed walk in the snow/ice to my destination.
- location not in the best area of boston, but at least i didn’t get shot, mugged, or beaten up
